Welcome to our online store, where we offer a selection of authentic Cuban cigars. To make your purchase as simple and smooth as possible, we have compiled all important information about payment options, shipping, and returns below.
1. Prices
All items are listed with prices including VAT. If you order from a country outside the EU, you will pay VAT-free. To see VAT-free prices, please create an account and provide your address.
2. Payment Options
We offer secure and convenient payment options:
Card Payment – We accept card payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
PayPal – Simple and secure payment via computer or mobile.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Cigar boxes that Robusto.se has in stock are always stored in a humidity- and temperature-controlled cabinet humidor. When shipping, 1–2 cigar boxes are always packaged in an airtight bag including a Boveda 65 % / 60 g.
- We normally use UPS home delivery with a delivery time within one day. In some cases, we also use the Swedish shipping company PostNord. If you order for delivery outside the EU, please expect a slightly longer delivery time. However, we have procedures to ensure customs clearance goes as smoothly as possible.
- We normally order tobacco products from Habanos Nordic after receiving the customer’s order. We do this to maintain competitive pricing, but it means the delivery time is somewhat longer.
- Robusto.se will refund the full amount paid to customers with delivery within Europe if the third-party provider UPS/PostNord loses the customer’s shipment. However, this does not apply if section 3.6 can be applied. The refund is made no earlier than one (1) month after Robusto.se has shipped the item.
- Robusto.se does not reimburse customers with delivery outside Europe if the third-party provider UPS/PostNord loses the customer’s shipment.
- We only sell cigars to registered companies with a VAT registration number and with all licenses needed to import cigars to its country. If the purchaser enters an incorrect VAT registration number upon registration and fail to provide documentation copies of the proper licenses, Robusto.se has the right to cancel the order. Robusto.se accepts no responsibility for delayed, halted, or lost shipments, and no compensation will be provided if the purchaser lacks the necessary permits required for the importation of the cigars.
- Shipping Cost Outside Sweden: Weight-based shipping at cost price with UPS as the provider. Free shipping on orders over €1,000.
- Delivery Time Outside Sweden: Currently, Robusto.se can only place an order once per month with the authorized distributor Habanos Nordic, which means we normally ship your order at the end of each month. We always place the monthly order in the middle of each month. Boxes we have in stock are shipped the same day you place your order if you order before 12:00 PM Swedish time. Otherwise, we ship the following day.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure receipt of delivery from UPS/PostNord. If the shipment is returned to Robusto.se, a fee of SEK 600 will be charged, which covers the costs Robusto.se incurs for extra handling and new shipping charges.
4. Age Requirement
By ordering tobacco products from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect the purchaser is under the legal age, otherwise we risk violating the Tobacco Act.
5. Order Cancellation and Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return products within seven days of receipt, provided the items are in unchanged and unused condition. Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions.
Return costs for all products are covered by you as the purchaser, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
For tobacco products, returns can only be accepted if the packaging is unopened and in the same condition as upon delivery, due to hygiene and quality requirements, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please note that we do not accept returns of products that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
6. Dispute
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these “Terms and Conditions” shall be governed by Swedish law, primarily through agreement between the customer and Robusto.se, and ultimately by a general court, with the Halmstad District Court in Sweden as the court of first instance.
